On request we arrange testing by independent laboratories, keep retention samples for agreed materials, collect supplier questionnaires and quality agreements, and help organise audits of manufacturers by your team or a third party.

What happens if a lot is out of specification?
We raise the issue with the manufacturer and agree a corrective action, which can include replacement or credit.
